Beaux-Arts Condominiums

The Luger Group is a real estate development and management company with industrial and commercial buildings across the island of Montreal, Laval and the South Shore.

DIVCO was given the mandate to restore and build the prestigious Beaux Arts Condominium project. Beaux Arts consists of 7 townhouses located along Montreal’s historic Sherbrooke Street West and an adjoining 21-storey luxury condominium tower.

The façades of the townhouses built in 1877 were delicately restored in order to conserve the architectural heritage that has been part of Montreal’s urbanscape for more than 140 years. Intricate balconies, oriel windows, architectural woodwork and private elevators are all part of the unique features of this upscale and contemporary project.

The DIVCO team successfully worked as Construction Manager in tandem with a large number of professionals and specialized subcontractors to ensure that the historical integrity of the property was maintained, meticulously realized and enhanced by the addition of the new tower.
