Kevric Real Estate Corporation is specialized in the redevelopment and repositioning of existing properties and the development of new properties primarily in Montreal, Toronto, and the Ottawa / Gatineau national capital district.
This project entailed repurposing a seven-storey, 175,500-square-foot building on the corner of Atwater and Tupper streets. The major transformation work involved demolishing structural slabs within the building, cutting floor-to-ceiling windows into the building envelope and then redesigning it to meet the highest technological standards.
The project was executed on a design-build Guaranteed Maximum Price basis. It is LEED v4 Gold certified.
