This 88,000 sq. ft. Canada Revenue Agency office complex is built on 3 storeys and was executed respecting the stringent guidelines of the federal Ministry of Public Works and Government Services. While the original mandate included the base building only, during the project, DIVCO was given a second mandate, which included designing and overseeing Revenue Canada’s leasehold improvements.
The design-build project was completed on a fast track basis, within only 12 months. DIVCO successfully coordinated the client’s moving in while the construction was still underway.
