The Marine Building

The Marine Group is an asset and property management company specializing in office, retail and industrial product classes. It has offices in Montreal and Toronto.

DIVCO was mandated to build this 8-storey office tower and underground parking complex on the corner of Peel and Ste. Catherine streets, one of the busiest pedestrian intersections in downtown Montreal. DIVCO successfully retrofitted the façade of this building to accommodate American Eagle Outfitters’ flagship Quebec store on the ground floor of the Marine building that DIVCO had built years ago. The project was delivered on time and on budget.
