Clermont Lofts

Located in the Plateau, Clermont Condos stands on the site of the former Clermont Chevrolet Cadillac dealer. 

The original building was commissioned by Georges Clermont circa 1925 to become a four-storey car dealership. It was completely stripped down and rebuilt almost 100 years later. It is now a condominium complex consisting of 55 units, underground parking and a retail floor.
