1675 Trans-Canada Highway

This 70,000 ft², three-storey office building sits on over 100,000 ft² of land. The project involved the renovation of an existing building, located on Highway 40. The facility was expanded and converted into a modern office building. Existing structural elements of the building were integrated into the new building. In addition, a visually compelling atrium was added to the main entrance. Customized anchoring methods were used to replace pre-cast concrete panels with curtain wall sections in order to give the complex its current contemporary look.
