Over the past 12 months, Divco transformed a century-old manufacturing plant to house the client’s manufacturing facility, warehouse, and head office.
The extensive renovations involved lead and asbestos decontamination, reinforcement of the existing structure, pouring of new concrete slabs, new cladding, and much more. Nearly 30,000 sq. ft. of office space was added within the existing building across two storeys, adorned with high-end finishings as well as multiple glass partitions, Muraflex's core product.
