Sojag Inc., a leader in sun shelters, solariums and outdoor furniture products, recently opened its doors in Longueuil, QC. Their new distribution center was developed and built by Divco, with construction lasting only six months.

The new facility offers over 154,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space, a clear height of 32', and 18 shipping and receiving doors, allowing Sojag to increase its Canadian warehousing capacity. The building also includes offices and display areas for their products.

Thoughtfully designed by Divco, the building boasts sophisticated architecture, enhanced by metal paneling and large sections of curtain wall, offering abundant and optimal natural lighting.

The site offers excellent accessibility across the GMA with proximity to the La Fontaine tunnel and Highway 25.
