Xnrgy Climate Systems

XNRGY Climate Systems specializes in the engineering and production of cutting-edge and energy-efficient HVAC systems.

The Xnrgy project was executed in two distinct phases on a site adjacent to the St-Hubert airport. In the first stage, the team oversaw the construction of the new facility, serving as head office design, production, and testing plant for Xnrgy. This modern 110,000 sq.ft. facility was built on piles due to poor bearing capacity of the site and integrates with curtain walls and metal panels to optimize natural light throughout the building. During the second phase, Divco undertook the expansion of the warehouse, bringing the total area up to 210,000 sq.ft.

Strategically located along Highways 116 and 30 in the Saint-Hubert industrial park, near the airport, this project required the implementation of all logistical and security measures for seamless integration into this dynamic industrial and airport environment.
