Toyota Spinelli
Established in 1922, Group Spinelli is well-known for its automotive dealerships offering excellent service. It was the first dealership group in Canada to earn the Employer of Choice accreditation.
DIVCO was commissioned to construct a new Toyota dealership and head office for the Spinelli Group. The 61,000 ft2 luxurious, energy-efficient building cutting edge and sets a new standard for automobile dealerships in Canada.
The state-of-the-art sales and service installations include a spacious 14-vehicle showroom, a very large parts department, a dedicated new vehicle delivery area, a premium lounge area, an eight-vehicle service area with an indoor reception centre, a functional service drive-through, a modern body shop and an elegant café.
The new facility also serves as the headquarters of Groupe Spinelli and all of the shared business divisions between the group’s nine dealerships e.g. accounting, human resources, training and management.
