This 120,000 ft2 six-storey, multi-tenant office tower with two levels of underground parking incorporates the latest technologies, such as geothermal heating and air conditioning, as well as high quality finishing materials. The construction of the underground geothermal network intertwined with pipelines required strong coordination.
Within a tight schedule, DIVCO coordinated both the construction of the building and multiples tenants moving in. The structure stands out with its concrete panels and large curved-glass curtain wall.
