Tropique Nord
Tropique Nord is an 11-storey luxury condominium complex next door to the famous Habitat 67 residences that features 120 units on eight floors.
The terrace of each of the condos opens into the 32,000 ft2 atrium that houses a one-of-a-kind exotic botanical garden filled with palm trees, tropical plants, a waterfall and exotic birds. The complex also has an indoor lagoon-like pool and another outdoor pool, a spa, a sauna, two exercise rooms as well as tennis and squash courts.
The project was specially constructed to accommodate an independent year-round humidity- and climate-controlled environment.
