Iris Beauty Supply is a cosmetic manufacturer and supplier offering handmade, natural beauty products designed and made in Canada.
Iris enlisted Divco for the construction of its new warehouse in Dollard-des-Ormeaux. This project consists of a 65,000 sq.ft. extension to the existing warehouse, also built by Divco several years prior.
The extension seamlessly integrates with the existing building, creating a cohesive complex housing both storage and production facilities, along with the original headquarters. Prefabricated concrete panels were added to the extension's facades to enhance energy efficiency, waterproofing, and durability.
All work was carried out without disrupting Iris's daily production activities.
