Aldo Group

The Aldo Group is a Canadian retailer that owns and operates a worldwide chain of shoe and accessories stores. 

This 500,000 ft² project consists of the construction of a fully automated distribution center connected to the company’s head office building, also constructed by DIVCO. The project required meticulous coordination of the mechanical, sprinkler and fire alarm systems to accommodate the 350,000 ft² of racking, independent mezzanines and over 16 km of conveyors. The warehouse was designed to be easily subdivisible, optimizing its flexibility. It was completed on a “fast track” accelerated delivery basis in 13 months.
