The Rosdev projects consisted of the conversion of two existing multi-storey industrial buildings into class " "A" offices. Divco’s mandate included the build-out to accommodate two new major tenants – The Royal Bank Of Canada as well as the University of Montreal.
Upgrades to these buildings included new exterior envelopes, new elevators, new mechanical and electrical systems, as well as seismic upgrades to the existing building structures. The work was performed while the buildings remained occupied with minimum interruptions to its tenants.
The finished office complex consists of two 6 floor-buildings of 350,000 and 265,000 sq. ft. respectively, along with underground parking.
