The Home Depot is the largest home improvement retailer in the United States with more than 2200 stores in 3 countries. It supplies construction tools and products and offers installation services.
DIVCO built the majority of The Home Depot’s stores in the Greater Montreal area. These projects consisted of 150,000 ft2 retail space, a garden center and a tool rental facility. They include the Laval, L’Acadie, Vaudreuil stores as well as its store in downtown Montreal that included a multi-level parking structure.
Each project was completed on time, respecting specific requirements of the retailer.
DIVCO built The Home Depot’s first Quebec store in Laval.
