Dartmouth Crossing
Centrecorp is a fully integrated property management and real estate service company specialized in retail, commercial and other developments.
This project involved construction of 14 commercial buildings in Dartmouth’s urban shopping district. It is currently one of Canada’s largest retail commercial projects and was the largest when it was developed. DIVCO was mandated to build boutiques, big box stores and outlets for well-known fashion brands such as Globo Shoes, ALDO, Hallmark, Garage, Le Château, Esprit and Laura. The project was completed in its entirety after only three years of work.
DIVCO coordinated the transfer of highly skilled teams from outside the Greater Halifax area to Dartmouth and managed to complete the project on time, within budget and as per the client’s expectations.
