This design-build project entailed the construction of a 4-storey office complex. Despite all the restrictions and strict guidelines in place for building a federal government building, DIVCO successfully delivered the project on time and on budget, including the addition of the fourth floor. 

The building is an example of avant-garde architecture with its concave façade, featuring a contemporary look and offering a modern government office environment.
