This project is a 420,000 sq. ft. expansion to an existing distribution center in Cornwall, Ontario.
Designed and built on a fast-track basis in 8 months, the first phase consisted of the expansion with a clear height of 86 feet. Before the erection of this unique structure, the site required 4 months of soil pre-loading as well as 1 month of dynamic compaction work.
The second phase consisted of the renovation of the existing 550,000 sq. ft. facility in order to accommodate a state-of-the-art automated product distribution system.
