Formerly a car dealership site, Serra seamlessly integrates into the local architecture with precast concrete panels on the 17-floor tower and masonry on the 5-floor tower.
Nestled between the two buildings and situated above the parking structure is an 8,000 sq.ft. inner courtyard featuring a custom 4-storey mural and a private dog park. The property also boasts rooftop amenities, including a coworking space, lounge, fully equipped gym, pool, and terraces.
