Ressource de la montagne is an assisted living residential community for seniors and houses a CSSS (Ressource Intermedaire).

This project involved the construction of a seniors’ residence, a 98,500 ft2 concrete structure building consisting of 8 storeys with 112 rooms. The project was completed in 12 months.

This project won a BOMA Best® (Building Environmental Standards) Health Care Level I Award -- a Canadian first. The BOMA Best® program is the largest environmental assessment and certification program for existing buildings in Canada. It is awarded to the building with the highest scores on six criteria: environmental risk reduction, green cleaning and air quality, recycling, energy conservation, interior finishing and stakeholder training.

The project was value-engineered by DIVCO in order to realize over $2 million in savings from the original budget.
