Rona, Inc. is a Canadian retailer of home improvement and construction products and services. It is a subsidiary of Lowe's Companies, an American retail company specializing in home improvement. Lowe's is the second-largest hardware chain in the world after The Home Depot.

This project involved the construction of a 700,000 ft2 head office and distribution center, as well as a cafeteria and daycare facilities, including 70,000 ft2 of office fit-up work.

The Boucherville warehouse includes a specially designed hazardous material storage area as well as a remote computer backup server complex.

DIVCO has completed several "big box" hardware retail store projects for Rona, including in Anjou, St-Bruno and Trois-Rivières.
