Established over a century ago in 1896, Loyola High School is a private school for boys in grades 7-11.
This project involved an expansion of the school that included a three-storey atrium, a new classroom wing and a 700-seat auditorium. The latter featured specialized lighting, a functional backstage area and dressing room facilities. A previously partially constructed basement was finished. Also, parking facilities were expanded and a wrestling palestra was built.
DIVCO worked very closely with school directors to value engineer the Loyola High School project and bring it in on budget and in time for a new school year.
