Decarie Motors

Decarie Motors is an over 70-year-old automotive dealership and widely regarded as a veritable Montréal institution. It is the only Jaguar and Land Rover dealership in Montréal and the only Aston Martin and Bentley dealership in Eastern Canada.

This project involved the creation of an ultra-modern retail environment designed in conjunction with a leading local architectural firm and the Bentley and Aston Martin design teams, adding 60,000 ft² to Decarie Motors' square footage, making it one of the largest luxury automotive dealerships in Québec.

This dual dealership for these prestigious brands also incorporated a Decarie Signature high-end pre-owned showroom on the second floor. As well, a rooftop inventory parking served by a car elevator and passenger elevator was integrated. The project also included a service drive-through and state-of-the-art service bays.
