XNRGY Climate Systems specializes in the engineering and production of cutting-edge and energy-efficient HVAC systems.
This project involved the construction of the Xnrgy’s new design, production and testing plant. The facility is strategically located along highways 116 and 30 in the Saint-Hubert industrial park. The modern 110,000 sq. ft. plant was built on piles, due to poor bearing capacity of support of land of the site. The exterior envelop is clad with curtain walls and metal panelling, optimizing natural daylight throughout the building.
