Procaps, a subsidiary of G.I. Sportz Inc., manufactures paintballs, via the process of soft gel encapsulation and other products for the paintball industry.
This 93,000 ft2 manufacturing plant was developed to accommodate the encapsulation of paint for recreational sporting purposes. The multi-level facility featured a gravity feed of the raw material and a unique underground tunnel to recycle the process residue. The building also housed the company’s offices and featured a glazed corridor offering potential clients a view into the main encapsulation area.
