Located in Montreal’s RDP-PAT borough, the Renaissance Impact Center is a significant 160,000 sq. ft. multifunctional industrial and retail hub. As the general contractor, DIVCO managed the construction of a complex service ecosystem that integrates a high-volume distribution center, a specialized "Kilo" retail outlet, and a dedicated research and development laboratory for textile repurposing. The facility was engineered to support diverse operational requirements, housing both a Renaissance Employment Assistance Center (CAER) and a full-scale donation and sorting facility within a single, cohesive footprint.

To support the organization’s environmental mission and heavy-duty logistical needs, the project was executed with a focus on durability and sustainable performance. The build-out included specialized infrastructure to facilitate the diversion of 1,800 tons of material from landfills annually, while the entire envelope and mechanical systems were designed to target LEED certification. By balancing the technical demands of a large-scale warehouse with the accessibility of a public-facing service hub, DIVCO delivered a versatile facility that anchors Renaissance’s operations in Quebec’s east end.

This 160,000 sq. ft. design-build achievement integrates complex industrial logistics with high-traffic retail infrastructure, all while maintaining the rigorous technical standards required for LEED certification.
