At the heart of Laval’s Centropolis district, this landmark residential development comprises over 550 rental units across three distinct towers. Built on a 160,000+ square foot site along Daniel-Johnson Boulevard, the project is seamlessly integrated into one of Laval’s most dynamic urban hubs, surrounded by retail, dining, entertainment, and essential services. The development unfolded in three phases: • Building A and B: composed of two towers with 193 and 170 units, rising 12 and 15 storeys respectively. • Building C: features 187 units over 15 storeys. Each tower offers thoughtfully designed common areas. The complex includes 3 inviting lobbies, two well-equipped gyms, an indoor pool, a community kitchen, co-working spaces, a children’s play area, an urban chalet, and a spectacular rooftop terrace. There is also ample indoor parking, storage, and bicycle racks. Landscaping played a key role in the project vision. Over 40,000 sq. ft. of green space has been incorporated throughout the site to reduce urban heat islands and enhance the resident experience within a dense urban setting and adjacent to a commercial parking lot. The ground floor of each tower also includes a commercial space for local businesses.
