RocklandMD is a medical and surgical center offering a comprehensive range of services, including general medicine, preventive care, specialized medicine, surgery, and complimentary services such as nutrition. With two locations, in town of Ville Mont-Royal and downtown Montreal, the center ensures optimal accessibility for its patients.
The Rockland project was an entire conversion project executed by Divco, with its final phase encompassing the expansion and outfitting of the surgery center in town of Mount Royal. Completed in under 7 months, Divco's team conducted a thorough renovation of a section of the existing building and extended another part to accommodate the addition of two new operating theatres, the enhancement of the entrance hall, and the refurbishment of various patient reception areas.
This project was executed with rigor and precision, adhering to the highest quality standards in the healthcare industry. In close collaboration with our client, we ensured that every detail of the expansion and layout met the specific requirements of the surgical center.
