Cott Corporation is a multi-billion-dollar beverage and foodservice company whose products include soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, extracts, and filtration equipment.

This project involved the construction of Cott’s head office, factory production, bottling centre, and distribution centre. The soft drink bottling plant was the first in Canada to use airflow to replace full height walls to ensure a clean environment. This vastly enhanced flexibility for future modifications as well as reducing initial capital investment. The structural grid was rationalized to suit an efficient storage layout and eliminated 10,000 ft2 of inefficient space from the original program.

The 220,000 ft2 project was completed in 6 months.
