The Carson project, located in Dorval, is a mixed-use residential and commercial project built by DIVCO for Placements Sergakis.
The four-story structure occupies a 15,022 sq. ft. footprint. The building comprises 53 residential units, constructed within a reinforced concrete framework.
The building envelope integrates brick and metal panel cladding, providing durability and low-maintenance performance. Two levels of underground parking offer 92 spaces, complemented by basement storage lockers for tenants.
The ground floor is leased to a Caisse Desjardins branch.
